Featured Felon Garrett Arrested

Kelly Denise Garrett was included on the weekly Crime Stoppers Featured Felons list in November, 2019 for two felony warrants on charges of Driving While Intoxicated and Harassment of a Public Servant.  After the list was released to the public, Garrett surrendered herself to deputies at the Montgomery County jail and was placed into custody to face her charges in court.
