Featured Felon Clark Arrested

Multi-County Crime Stoppers recently included Julie Ann Clark on its weekly Featured Felons list after a felony Bond Forfeiture warrant had been issued for Clark on a charge of DWI-Subsequent Offense.  Clark was taken into custody on the warrant when she arrived for a court appearance in Montgomery County.
